1. Purchases on this website
The INKELVA website currently does not sell products, accept orders, process payments, or collect pledges. Because no transaction is completed here, there is no website purchase to cancel or refund.
2. Kickstarter pledges
If you pledge through Kickstarter, the current Kickstarter project page and Kickstarter’s Terms of Use govern payment, cancellation, and refund mechanics.
For a live campaign, Kickstarter generally allows eligible pledges to be changed or canceled before the funding deadline, subject to platform restrictions, including possible limits during the final 24 hours. For a late pledge after a campaign, Kickstarter states that it is charged immediately and cannot be canceled or changed through the normal pledge flow, although a backer may ask the creator for a refund.
Kickstarter does not itself provide project refunds. After funds are collected, the project creator may review and issue a full or partial refund when appropriate. A successful pledge supports a creative project; reward fulfillment dates are estimates and may change.
3. How to request a refund
First use Kickstarter’s available pledge-management or support tools. If the campaign has ended or the standard cancellation option is unavailable, contact us at hello@inkelva.com from the email address associated with your pledge. Include your backer name or number and a short explanation of the request. Do not send payment-card details or government identification by email.
We review requests individually in light of campaign status, production and fulfillment progress, costs already committed, applicable Kickstarter rules, and applicable law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. If a refund is approved, processing time and the date funds appear depend on Kickstarter, its payment providers, and your financial institution.
4. Future retail sales
If INKELVA later offers direct retail purchases, the return and refund terms shown at that checkout will apply to those purchases. We will update this page or provide product-specific terms before accepting direct orders.
